An extraordinary practice

Pranayama is, without a doubt, one of the most beneficial practices for our health and well-being.

In the approach I teach, the practice aims in particular to awaken the deep resources of the body-mind system and to gradually bring the mind toward greater balance and fulfillment.

The vitality this practice awakens, the well-being it creates, the clarity of mind it activates and the willpower it strengthens are truly remarkable.

It is something to experience and discover!

The Big Challenge at a glance

20 mornings

From November 9 to 28, 20 days of practice together.

7 a.m., live on Zoom

Every morning, half an hour of breathing together.

Everything is recorded

Recordings are posted in a private Facebook group: if you can’t attend live, you can follow them later at a time that suits you.

The power of continuity

It is through this continuity that the progressive benefits fully reveal themselves. Pranayama takes time and patience to truly discover β€” this challenge is the perfect opportunity.

And if 20 days seem like a lot to begin with, the Little Challenge takes place just before, from October 19 to 24: 6 days of practice, 15 minutes each morning. You can take part in one or the other, or even both.

And for those taking my pranayama training in November and December, the Big Challenge can also accompany and deepen your experience of the training.
