Why pranayama

Pranayama is, without a doubt, one of the most beneficial practices for our health and well-being.

In the approach I teach, the practice aims in particular to awaken the deep resources of the body-mind system and to gradually bring the mind toward greater balance and fulfillment.

The vitality this practice awakens, the well-being it creates, the clarity of mind it activates and the willpower it strengthens are truly remarkable.

It is something to experience and discover!
