The approach I teach

It aims in particular to awaken the deep resources of the body-mind system and to gradually bring the mind toward greater balance and fulfillment.

The vitality this practice awakens, the well-being it creates, the clarity of mind it activates and the willpower it strengthens are truly remarkable.

It is something to experience and discover!

Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra, or β€œyogic sleep,” is a guided practice of deep relaxation. Lying down, the body lets go completely while awareness remains present, at the edge of sleep.

I regularly offer yoga nidra sessions. To be notified of the next ones, write to me.

You can also start practicing right away, at home, with the guided recording.

The lineage

More than twenty years ago, when I was a young yogi carried by great inspiration and an even greater imagination, I met a master, a true master.

He had been the student and disciple of Vishnudevananda, who had left India to share in the West the teachings of his own master, the great Swami Sivananda. At the Shiva Yoga Center, on the outskirts of Montreal, he initiated me into the practice of pranayama β€” but not in the way it tends to be taught in most schools, which barely touch the surface of this practice.

After more than twenty years of carrying this practice, nourishing it and passing it on, it is this depth that I invite you to discover.
